Coping with mental illness

Are you feeling stressed and alone in trying to cope with the effect of a loved one’s mental Illness?
The Union County affiliate of NAMI/National Alliance on Mental Illness offers monthly peer led group meetings to support those who care for a loved one who struggles with a mental health issue.  Join the discussion and perhaps gain insight from others facing similar challenges.
