CLARK ANIMAL LICENSES

The Clark Health Department has mailed out the 2017 animal license renewal reminders and applications in December.
The application can also be printed from the Clark website at www.ourclark.com, go to Departments, scroll down to health , double click on health and scroll down to animal license application.
Anyone keeping, harboring and/or owning a dog(s) and/or cat(s) must obtain a license. Rabies vaccinations valid through October 31st is required.
