Charlotte Puckett to perform at Crossroads
Charlotte Puckett, a Westfield High School senior, is performing a solo concert to support St. Joseph Social Service Center at Crossroads in Garwood on Thursday, August 31 at 6:00pm.
Charlotte, a singer/songwriter and artist, enjoys using her creative skills to help others. During the pandemic, she created a series of cards with watercolor illustrations and inspirational messages for frontline workers, nursing home residents, hospital patients and homebound individuals. She and her sister Catherine worked together to create more than 2,000 messages of support for those affected by COVID.
Charlotte serves as a Peer Minister at the Parish Community of Saint Helen in Westfield, where she participates in several volunteer activities including eucharistic ministry, religious education and youth night events. She drew her inspiration for this event from her volunteer work at St. Joseph’s and the Community Food Bank in Hillside.
For those wishing to attend, there will be a $20 cover at the door, with all proceeds going to St. Joseph’s. Contributions can also be made directly to St. Joseph’s online by visiting http://weblink.donorperfect.com/Crossroads.
