Celebrate Mother’s Day With a Tour of Notable Homes

Saturday, May 7th, 2016 • Presented by The Friends of New Jersey Festival Orchestra

Mark your calendars for this year’s Tour of Notable Homes presented by the Friends of New Jersey Festival Orchestra. A stylish medley of grand residences will be open on Saturday May 7th from 10AM – 3PM to benefit the New Jersey Festival Orchestra. This year’s tour features distinguished local homes representing a wide range of architectural influences and design sensibilities.
Participants on the tour, which is a major funding source for the orchestra, will see five different homes that have been recently renovated and decorated. This year the tour will include a group of specialty cars and a 2015 Tesla Model S, the very latest in the evolution of electric automobile engineering.
The tour also presents live music, a Mother’s Day plant sale of seasonal blooms and herb baskets, refreshments, a luxury basket raffle and door prizes. Also featured is a ticketed raffle “Win a Tesla for the Day” with drawing to take place at close of tour. Winner need not be present  to win.
Tickets are $35 in advance, $40 on tour day. Tickets can be purchased online at www.njfestivalorchestra.org. Tickets are also available from April 10 at Baron’s Drugs and The Town Bookstore in Westfield; Christoffers in Mountainside; Norman’s Hallmark in Fanwood; Periwinkles in Cranford. For info go to www.njfestivalorchestra.org or visit the Friends of NJ Festival Orchestra on Facebook or call 908 232 9400.
