Each year the kindergarten classes at the Central Presbyterian Church, Weekday Nursery School and Kindergarten in Summit, participate in several community service projects. For their participation in the Bridges Outreach program (BridgesOutreach.net) the children made 69 lunches.
Each child decorated lunch bags and made turkey sandwiches. They then filled the bags with the sandwiches, drinks, fruit, chips and cookies. These were donated to Bridges for their Sunday run to Irvington. The C.P.C Weekday Nursery School has classes for 2 year olds through kindergarten.
