On January 12, 2017, Committeeman Manuel Figueiredo presented Irv Breslow with the Union Township Active Retiree (UTAR) Leadership Award at the Senior Center in recognition for his service in the Monday Club.
The award was given to him in appreciation of his commitment and dedication for representing the UTAR as president. Breslow had been president of the Monday Club for 14 years from 2002 to 2016.
Breslow, as well as the other members of the Monday Club, were also acknowledged for their help in raising $500 in a fundraising event to be donated to the Township’s Food Pantry.
