BOB LAURIE, AUTHOR OF “THE BOOK OF SONNY,” TO VISIT LIBRARY

New Jersey author and Kenilworth resident Bob Laurie will visit the Kenilworth Public Library on Monday, October 17th at 6:30 pm to speak about his new novel, The Book of Sonny. This event will be a terrific opportunity to hear about the writing process, and learn more about the story’s influences from the author himself. Copies of The Book of Sonny will be available for a signing after the author’s talk.
A story of family, faith and healing, The Book of Sonny was published in June 2016 through I AM Publishing. It was recently reviewed in Kirkus Indie, described as “a heartfelt story of a broken family beginning to heal.” Mr. Laurie, a longtime resident of Kenilworth, will share his insight and experience with attendees. New authors looking for information on selfpublishing are encouraged to attend.
To RSVP, please call (908) 276-2451, or contact the Library Director Michael Maziekien at maz@lmxac.org. To learn about more upcoming programs at the library, visit www.kenilworthlibrary.org.
