Clark Recreation together with the Clark PBA held its 4th Annual Trunk or Treat. Over 45 cars opened their trunks and vans with an unbelievable amount of Candy to give away. Over 700 children went car to car in hopes for goodies. The event was complete with candy, train ride, jugglers and music. Winners received gift cards from Target for scariest costume, funniest, most creative and group. Clark Recreation director Ralph Bernardo was thrilled with the beautiful weather and fantastic turnout and thanked all those that donated their time and candy. The event has grown in just a few short years.
