American Legion Auxiliary Annual Spaghetti Dinner – April 28
The American Legion Auxiliary will host its annual Spaghetti Dinner on Sunday, April 28, 2019 from 2 – 6 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 78 Westfield Avenue, Clark, NJ. The dinner includes: salad, bread, meatballs or sausage, spaghetti, dessert, wine or beer for $15.00.
The ladies of the auxiliary have been hosting this event for many years to raise funds to help veterans in the area. Recently the ladies went to Lyons Veteran Hospital in Basking Ridge for a craft and supper party with the ladies residing there. The craft for the day was designing picture frames. Each veteran was given all supplies to create a personal picture frame for themselves or a family member. Sandwiches, salads, snacks, cookies and soda were provided for a fun-filled evening.
The spaghetti dinner proceeds will help to provide assistance to other veterans in the area that are currently deployed. Help these service men and women by supporting the spaghetti dinner. See you there. Ciao!
