‘A Little Taste of Kenilworth’
Benefit for Historic Nitschke House Museum
“A Little Taste of Kenilworth” will be presented by the Kenilworth Historical Society on Sat., November 2, at 1 p.m., in celebration of Kenilworth’s reputation as a favorite place for dining. All local restaurants/eateries and other culinary businesses are invited to participate in the event, which will be held at the Kenilworth Veterans Center (33 S. 21 Street). During the culinary celebration, which also will include entertainment, attendees will be offered “a taste” of the culinary specialties from each participating establishment.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Oswald J. Nitschke House “living history” museum and cultural arts center by helping defray operating and building expenses, including the cost of an elevator that makes the site fully accessible.
Restaurants/eateries/other culinary businesses that are interested in participating in the November 2 tasting are encouraged to call the Kenilworth Historical Society at 908-709-0434 by September 1, as space is limited.
