Scotch Plains Residents Clean Green Brook Park
Local residents and members of the Scotch Plains Environmental Commission and Green Team recently volunteered their time on a Saturday morning. They hauled away more than a dozen bags of trash from the Route 22 baseball field off Union Avenue. The region-wide effort was organized by the newly-established Mayor’s Alliance for a Clean Green Brook, which includes a group of mayors from nearby municipalities.
