NJ Suffrage: Reclaiming Our Voice

Did you know that New Jersey played a key role in the fight for women’s right to vote? Carol Simon Levin portrays Lillian Feickert, president of the New Jersey Woman Suffrage Association from 1912-1920, to tell how New Jersey women succeeded in gaining the vote. This program is supported by the New Jersey Council for the Humanities through the “NJ Women Vote: The 19th Amendment at 100” initiative.
Beginners Flow Yoga

This class will lead you through the foundations of yoga postures, body awareness and alignment, relaxation of the mind and a connection with the breath. Learn how to improve muscle strength, promote flexibility, and build your own yoga program specific for your mind and body.
