Berkeley Heights Youth Fishing Derby
The Berkeley Heights Police PBA Local #144 hosted a catch and release Youth Fishing Derby on Saturday, September 26th, 2020. The fishing derby was held at Horshoe Pond, in Berkeley Heights and followed social distancing guidelines.
On what turned out to be a bright morning, families and police officers gathered for the chance to catch one of the many bass living below. The Youth Fishing Derby could not have been possible without the help of Traffic Safety Officer Donato Minicozzi, the Berkeley Heights Police Department, and members of our community.
