New Garwood Recreation Director
My name is Ralph Bernardo and I am the newly appointed part-time Recreation Director for Garwood. I am extremely excited to begin this new venture with Garwood. My recreation career expands many years so I hope to use my experience and vision to bring Garwood to the next level in recreation. I am very organized and a strong communicator with commitment in everything I do. I hope to be a real asset to the great Borough of Garwood!
