The next meeting of the North Plainfield Citizens for Community Rights (NPCCR) will be Thursday, March 7, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at the the North Plainfield Community Center, 614 Greenbrook Rd. Our guest speaker will be from the State of NJ Dept of Treasury and will speak about NJ “Tax Relief Programs” including the “Senior Tax Freeze.” This information applies to all New Jersey residents. North Plainfield residents should be especially interested in tax relief since they have, and have had, the highest municipal tax rate in Somerset County. The municipal rate does not include what is paid to operate the public schools
