The Elizabeth Snyder-Continental Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution presented Warren Rescue Squad Chief Paul Rapps, with the ‘Excellence in Community Service Award’ for outstanding volunteer service. Chief Rapps has been a member of the Rescue Squad for forty years and continues to volunteer as a crew chief.
