Recently members of the Service and Mission Team of the First Presbyterian Church of Cranford graciously accepted a check for 3,500 from First Presbyterian Church member Lynne Fitzpatrick and members of her team from the Guillotine Salon and Spa in Westfield, NJ.
Lynne, owner of the Guillotine, recently held a fundraiser which raised $3,500 to assist homeless programs and the Cranford Elmora Soup Kitchen. These organizations have been supported by First Presbyterian of Cranford for 30 years. During the same event, funds were raised to support social justice programs and organizations that assist women and children, especially those who are victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Lynne and her team have also sponsored scholarships and equipment for those looking to become hair stylists in Nicaragua.
