CLARK 2018 Big Blood Test

The Clark Health Department will be offering the free SMA blood test with lipid panel, T4 and A1C on Saturday, April 14, 2018 between 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Clark Recreation cafeteria, 430 Westfield Avenue, Clark, New Jersey. A 12-hour fast is required.
This screening is open to Clark residents only.

Due to the additional tests being offered (T4  and A1)C and the increased costs of the testing, space will be limited to the first 40 registrants.
This is a very popular test and space is limited. Registration will close when all slots are filled.
