BEER AND BIBLE

Calvary Lutheran Church invites the community to join them for the program “Beer and Bible”. It is a discussion group that meets once a month at the Cranford Hotel.  “We are taking God out of the church and into the community. “ stated Pastor Carol. This year, the group is talking about Martin Luther and the 500^th anniversary of the Reformation.  Come hear how this former monk threw the world on its ear by questioning the long-standing teachings of the Catholic Church.  “Beer and Bible” meets next on Wednesday, October 11 at 7pm (6:30pm for dinner) and ends with Holy Communion by 8:30pm. Participants will pay for their own meals and beverages.
