SP-F District to Begin Strategic Planning Process, Residents Invited to Participate

The first meeting of the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Board of Education to begin the strategic planning process was held on Tuesday, October 3. Additional meetings will be held on Monday, October 16 and Thursday, November 2.
Residents will have an opportunity to provide input on the school’s future direction as well as current strengths and needs of the district. Participation in any or all of our three meetings will be greatly appreciated.
Using a dynamic process guided by the New Jersey School Boards Association, the district will work together with residents, students, parents, teachers and community leaders to contribute thoughts and ideas to be incorporated into creating a shared vision for the future of the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Public Schools. The Board of Education hopes that you, the residents of Scotch Plains and Fanwood, will respond enthusiastically. Join us in creating the future for the Scotch Plains-Fanwood School District.
