On June 1st Michael Graham of the 2017 graduating class of David Brearley Middle School, was awarded with Valedictorian honors. Michael also received two additional honors: the Margaret and Josette Klugman Memorial Award, which is presented to the student with the highest scholastic achievement in four major subjects; and the GCMS Science Award, which is presented to a highly motivated science student. Michael played middle school baseball and finished number one in his class with the highest grade point average. He graduated the eighth grade on June 21st. Starting in September, Michael will be attending Union County Magnet High School in Scotch Plains.
