UNION COUNTY’S MOBILE AGING SERVICE KIOSK (ASK)
Tuesday, May 23 from 12-2pm
Union County’s new mobile Aging Service Kiosk (ASK) will host free information events at the library on a monthly basis. The events are designed to provide residents with a convenient, friendly way to find out about services for the aging, and for their families and caregivers. ASK is staffed by professionals with the Division on Aging and Disability Resource Connection of the Union County Department of Human Services. They will provide information and guidance on home delivered meals, respite care, home care, adult day care and other services.

UNION TOWNSHIP HISTORICAL SOCIETY PRESENTS: THE SELF MASTER COLONY
Thursday, May 25 at 7pm
Opened in Union Township in 1908 the colony was a place where homeless, destitute men could learn a new trade and rebuild their self-respect before returning to the world at large. Learn about this fascinating piece of Union history.
