FREE COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR SATURDAY, JANUARY 14

RWJ Rahway Fitness & Wellness Center at Carteret, the area’s premier fitness and wellness center, will host a free community health fair on Saturday, January 14 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at RWJ Rahway Fitness & Wellness Center at Carteret facility located across from the municipal center at 60 Cooke Avenue, CarteretThe exciting event is free and open to the public and will include wellness screenings and information, classes and demonstrations, kids activities, delicious healthy food and information displays hosted by a broad range of local businesses and vendors. The public is invited to participate in the following demonstrations and programs during the fair:
Wellness Screenings & Information: Glucose & Cholesterol Screenings, Balance Screenings, Ask the Registered Dietitian, Sleep Center Information, Diabetes Education.
Family Fun & More: Chili Cook-Off, Football Themed Obstacle Course, Magic Show with Eliot the Super Magic Man at 11am, Swim Team Pre- Test, Family Zumba®, Aqua Parent & Me Demo, Swim Lesson Demos
