On Wednesday, November 18, 2015, Saint Theresa School in Kenilworth, NJ was one of six schools, a total of 33 students, who attended the Union County Catholic League of Forensics “Reading” Competition held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Academy in Elizabeth. Saint Theresa’s team moderated by Mrs. Christine McCarthy and Mrs. Susan Aronowitz consisted of six students: Luke Bollwage, Makayla Koski, Stephanie Mendes and Rachel Tramontana (eighth graders); Mia Lissade and Fiona Morales (seventh graders). Three out of the six participates advanced to the final round. Rachel Tramontana and Mia Lissade were awarded Honorable Mention Ribbons; Makayla Koski was awarded a Third Place Ribbon.
