Clark Parks & Recreation Honored

Clark Recreation Director Ralph Bernardo was recently honored by receiving the Agency Showcase Award for Outstanding Achievement for Clark Recreations Fall Brochure at the annual New Jersey Parks Recreation & Parks Association Convention in Atlantic City.
