Please register for any programs through the online events calendar on our website at clarklibrary.org, in person, or by phone at 732-388-5999.
The library will be closed on the following dates for Labor Day weekend:
Sunday, September 1 and Monday, September 2.
Sunday library hours, which are 1pm to 5pm, will resume on Sunday, September 8.
The Library will be closed on Friday, September 20 for staff training.
Open Play For Little Ones:
Mondays, September 9 from 10am – 11am
Tuesdays, September 3 & 10 from 10am – 11am
Fridays, September 6 & 13 from 10am – 11am
There’s no story time today, but please feel free to drop in for open play with the library’s toys!
Patches and Stitches on Tuesdays, September 3, 10, 17 & 24 from 12pm – 2pm
Bring your quilt or other crafty project and visit with the members of the quilting club.
Totally New Tuesdays on Tuesdays, September 3, 10, & 24 at 6:30pm
Enjoy a new movie for adults just released to DVD on our big screen. Please check our online calendar or visit the library to check the movies being shown.

Teen Advisory Board Meeting on Monday, September 9 at 3:15pm
Teens – let your voice be heard at the library! The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) helps create, plan, and run teen programs and services they would like offered at the Clark Public Library. TAB is open to all teens in Grades 6-12. Teens in neighboring towns are always welcome to join.
Afternoon Book Club on Tuesday, September 10 at 1:30pm

Krafty Kids on Wednesday, September 11 at 3:30pm
Don’t forget to bring your imagination and creativity to our monthly craft activity! Registration is required. Geared for elementary students.
Clark residents with library cards have priority registration. All others will be on the pending waitlist until 48 hours before the event if space allows.
Digital Literacy Tutoring on Friday, September 13 & 27 at 11:30am
Do you need help with your digital literacy skills? Join us for tutoring sessions on topics including Google Drive, Microsoft, Email, and resume help. Registration is required as sessions are limited to 4 students at a time.
LEGO Master Builders on Friday, September 13 at 3:15pm
Create your own LEGO® structures to be displayed in the Children’s area of the library! LEGO® are provided by the library. For children entering grades K – 5.
Light snacks will be served.
Needlework Club on Saturday, September 14 from 10am to 2pm
Are you interested in sharing your needlework craft or learning a new one? Needlework includes counted cross stitch, needlepoint, knitting, crocheting, embroidery, quilting, etc. Come when you can and stay as long as you like. Bring what you are working on to sit, stitch, and chat with others who enjoy needlework! The club will meet one Saturday per month. If you have any questions, please drop by the meeting and someone will assist you.
Tales for Tots on Mondays, September 16, 23 & 30 at 9:45am OR at 10:30am
Stories and songs for active listeners. Geared toward ages 2-3 with a caregiver.
Older children are welcome! 30 minutes of open play follows. Please register.
Sports Concussion Seminar on Monday, September 16 at 7pm

Baby Bookworms on Tuesday, September 17 & 24 at 10am
Babies and toddlers are invited to listen to some books, and learn some songs, rhymes, lap bounces, and fingerplays. 30 minutes of open play follows.
Hispanic Genealogy Masterclass: Finding our Races (Roots) on Tuesday, September 17 at 7pm Join us as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage month. In this program, we will go over the four steps on how to start genealogy research, types of documents in Hispanic genealogy, FamilySearch and its resources, and other free to little cost resources, such as public libraries and genealogical societies, and specific resources for Cuba, Dominican Republic & Puerto Rico.
Little Scientist on Thursday, September 19 at 3:30pm
Learn how to build and create with our Science Experiments! Each session will be a different experiment that will touch upon a different STEM skill. Evening Storytime on Thursday, September 19 at 6:30pm
Join us on Thursday for a special evening storytime! Interactive stories, songs, and fun for children of all ages! Registration is required
Stories and More on Fridays, September 20 & 27 at 10am
Join us for stories, songs, and rhymes followed by a simple craft. This program is designed for children ages 3 and up. Registration is required.

Join Us for a Magical Open House Night at the Library on Thursday, September 26 from 6:30 pm to 830pm
Celebrate Library Card Sign-Up Month with an enchanting evening at the library! Bring your family and friends for a night of magical fun and excitement. Event highlights include a roaming magician, Harry Potter Escape Room, scavenger hunt, food and crafts, and a raffle.
