Local Artist Katie Weiss Exhibits Work in NYC
Berkeley Heights resident Katie Weiss will exhibit a recent print at Prince Street Gallery in New York. The exhibition, titled “Fracture,” features work by 30 gallery artists and runs from February 27 through March 23, 2024. The gallery is located at 547 W 27th St, Suite 504, NYC.
Weiss’s print is a monotype, made by a process that produces only one image. Many famous painters, such as Degas, worked with monotype. She is a member of Frontline Arts in Branchburg and works with the presses in their studios. Her work has been exhibited nationally and can also be seen at katieweissart.com.
