Youth Tunes Music Workshop: 12:30pm – 1:30pm on Saturdays, March 2, 9, 16 & 23
Ages: 5 – 10
Join us for this 4-week interactive music workshop. Children will have an opportunity to learn how to read notes, play a song on the recorder, learn a short dance incorporating knowledge of rhythm and movement.
At the conclusion of the 4 week workshop, each child will receive their own recorder to take home.
Children who register for this program should be available to attend all 4 weeks.
Tween Craft: 3:30pm – 4:30pm on Monday, March 11
Ages: 10 – 14
Boogie Woogie Babies: 10:30am – 11:00am on Tuesday, March 12
Interactive musical program will be presented by Tiffany Taylor for ages: 0- 4
Yoga Story Time: 10:30am – 11:00am on Wednesday, March 13
Join us for stories and yoga poses for the youngest listeners and their caregiver.
This program will be presented by Heather Valente for ages: 2 – 5.

EARLY CELEBRATION: ARAB AMERICAN HERITAGE MONTH:
Thursday, March 21 (7:00pm – 8:00pm)
Ages: 4 – adult are welcome to register for this special event.
April is National Arab American Heritage Month!
Join us for this interactive early celebration to learn about this special month.
Participants will enjoy music played on multiple percussion and string instruments from around the Arab world, participate in rhythmic clapping, line dancing and more.
With humor and acrobatics everyone will enjoy an uplifting experience celebrating Arab and Muslim culture. This program will be presented by Karim Nagi.

Read To A Dog at The Kenilworth Public Library: 4:00pm – 5:00pm on Tuesday, March 26
Ages: For early beginning readers and those who are learning to read
Young, reluctant, or struggling readers are encouraged to register for this program and read aloud for 15 minutes with certified therapy dogs Bubble or Magnolia. Children will learn to associate reading with being with these furry, non-judgmental listeners and begin to view reading in a positive way. Over time, the child’s reading ability and confidence can improve because they are practicing their skills.
Registration is required. Readers may register for a 15-minute visit.
Good Tyme String Band: 10:30am – 11:00am on Wednesday, March 27.
All ages are welcome to attend and enjoy foot tapping knee slapping banjo music
Mad Science Workshop: Brixology: on Thursday, March 28 at 3:30pm – 4:30pm.
Ages: 4 – 12. Interactive workshop exploring a unique science theme.
ADULT PROGRAMS
Join us on Tuesdays, March 5 & 19 at 2-4pm, and Monday, March 11 at 6:00pm – 7:45pm for our card making group “Paper Pals.” You don’t need any paper crafting experience to join the fun.
“Yarnies”: Join us on Thursdays, March 7, 14 & 21 at 2-4pm, and Thursday, March 28 at 6:00pm – 7:45pm. You don’t need any crafting experience to enjoy these creative explorations. Feel free to bring a project to work on. Watch demonstrations of knitting, crocheting and weaving.
“Spin – A – Yarn”: Join us on Tuesday, March 26 at 5:00pm – 7:45pm. Bring your spinning wheel or drop spindle and create beautiful yarns! If you don’t have a wheel, you are still welcome to join us to learn about spinning.
All of these programs are free for adults.
