Four Centuries in a Weekend
The Miller-Cory House Museum will participate in Four Centuries in a Weekend, Oct. 21st – 22nd, 3 – 5 p.m., by showcasing eighteenth-century colonial cuisine with authentic colonial-era open hearth cooking using period recipes and techniques. The grounds will be open for viewing and docents will be offering tours of the fully furnished c1740 farmhouse. You can also meet Sabra Miller and George Washington and enjoy a felt-making demonstration at select times TBD. Admission to Four Centuries in a Weekend is a free will donation.
