George, a Roselle Park resident and mother of three, balances her busy family life with running this local gem. “Just Jubilant is excited and honored to be selected as the Roselle Park December Small Business of the Month,” said George. “Our mission is to inspire customers to celebrate life’s moments with humor, originality, beauty and personal expression, whether it be with a funny card, quirky gift, or beautiful wrapped package.” George hand-picks each curated item, choosing things that she loves.
