There was a lunch period after the investigation class, followed by a daily afternoon demonstration and/or lecture which included: Scotch Plains Fire Department Extrication, Scotch Plains Rescue Squad, NJSP Northstar Helicopter, Union County Bomb Squad, Union County S.W.A.T. Team, Union County Sheriff K-9, High Risk Motor Vehicle Stops, Drug Abuse Resistance Education Lecture, and NJSP Internet & Social Media Safety.
Sergeant J. Brown of the Scotch Plains Police Department stated “It was 2 weeks of physical activities, lessons, lectures, and demos. It was a great year and I am expecting 2023 Class # 12 to be even better.”
