(above) Union High School students from Mrs. Wisniewski’s Chemistry Club recently participated in volunteer community outreach by presenting two hands-on science programs for the children at the Union Pubic Library. The children were given the opportunity to perform many fun activities such as creating gel ‘worms’, making paper disappear, and building molecules. The Club members who participated were Emma Schmalfeld, Erin O’Connor, Crystal Simon, Andrew Wasden, and Friedrich Smith.
