Senior Van for Trips to Grocery Store
The Berkeley Heights Senior Van is now up and running for any seniors interested in going grocery shopping – in the passengers’ seat! Please note that this is the senior van (see picture), not the larger bus; assistance will be provided if needed. There are two steps to get into the van from the ground level. Interested seniors should call the Berkeley Heights Recreation Department by Tuesday, 9 a.m., of the week you wish to be taken to the grocery store. You will be picked up from your home and driven to Shop Rite in Stirling. Call 908-464-2700, ext 2258, with any questions, or to reserve your spot.
