Looking for some good summer reading at bargain prices? The Friends of the Cranford Public Library invite you to visit their used book sale in the Friendly Book Cellar at the Cranford Public Library, on Wednesday, August 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Items for sale include more than 10,000 adult and children’s books, as well as CDs, DVDs, and recorded books. Prices range from $.25 to $2.00, except for specially marked vintage and autographed volumes. The library is located at 224 Walnut Avenue. Entrance to the sale is through the side door, just off the main parking lot. The sale is wheelchair accessible. Proceeds benefit the library.
