Friends of the Rahway Library Host Murder Mystery Dinner

Are you a fan of mysteries? Do you look back fondly at the 1980s? Do you remember the highlights of that decade? Come to the Murder Mystery Dinner sponsored by the Friends of the Rahway Public Library, where, in addition to the food and wine, you will be served a mystery with the flare of the ‘80s.
A team of professional actors will set the stage and bring you back to the spirit of that decade, introducing the rock star in town for a concert. The tour turns tragic when a murder occurs and our star is anxious for a solution to the crime so his show can go on. You can help the crowd and the detective identify who ruined this night for our rocker. Who knows, you may even become part of the show!
We invite you to come dressed for the times; grab your ‘80s concert gear or dig out the jeans jacket and spandex leggings, bangles and leg warmers hiding in your closet; or come dressed as your favorite celebrity of the era. You will be all the rage at this night of mystery.
The dinner will be held at the Rahway Public Library, 2 City Hall Plaza, Rahway, New Jersey, on March 9, 2018, 7 p.m. Tickets are $48 per person and include a dinner buffet and complimentary wine, beer, and soda. All guests must be 21 or older.
