As part of Citizens of the Month, a Brayton Elementary School tradition, students in Mrs. Lepore’s 2nd grade class and Mr. Stanbro’s 4th grade class hosted Firefighter Appreciation Day this spring. All Brayton students were encouraged to wear red and black to show their appreciation for Summit’s bravest. Additionally, donations from 2L and 4S were combined to purchase lunch for the Summit Fire Department, which Mr. Stanbro, Mrs. Lepore, class moms, and three students delivered on June 6th.
