Clark Recreation Director Ralph Bernardo was recently honored during the Annual New Jersey Parks and Recreation Convention held at Harrah’s in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Bernardo received the award for ‘2017-2018 Outstanding Achievement for Program Recreation Fall Brochure.’
