Blue Envelope Program

(above) The Blue Envelope will hold a color photocopy of the individual’s driver’s license, vehicle registration card and insurance card, as well as an emergency contact form and emergency contact phone numbers. Blue Envelopes are available to be picked up at Madison Police Department, located within the Public Safety Complex at 62 Kings Road, Madison, NJ and should be placed in every vehicle that is operated by a person with autism spectrum disorder.
