Warren Recreation Comission Summer Concerts

On Wednesday, July 19, 2017, Warren Township Recreation Commission presented The Bob Lanza Blues Band, a free summer concert featuring a tight-knit blues unit in true Chicago & Kansas City style, mixed with Texas influences.
Singer, songwriter and guitarist Bob Lanza, a former Warren resident, has recently released his second scorching release, following his debut Things Ain’t So Bad (2009). Over 100 residents came out to the Warren Municipal Pavilion Complex to listen and dance underneath the shining stars. They also enjoyed complementary pizza and cinnamon sticks generously provided by Domino’s Pizza of Warren. To top it all off, the Kona Ice Truck cooled everyone off with delicious ice cream and snow cones. What more could you ask for?
The Warren Township Recreation department would like to extend its thanks to Greg Riley, who helped photograph the concert, and Domino’s Pizza, who will also be providing free pizza for the next two concerts on August 2nd at the pavilion area, Johnny’s Jukebox Band; and August 23rd, Bob Marino & Barbara Harris, in the municipal courtyard at 7pm.
