On July 8 at SCLSNJ’s Warren Township Library branch, the Elizabeth Resolutes (above) battled the Hoboken Nine in a 19th century Base Ball match. Over 50 attendees cheered as the Hoboken Nine beat the Elizabeth Resolutes. The historically accurate match was an enjoyable – and educational – day in the sun for all in attendance.
