The North Plainfield High School Marching Band took home the “Mayor’s Trophy” at the 17th Annual Marching Band Festival held on Saturday, September 19, 2015. The event was hosted by the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Marching Band. Eight bands competed for trophies at the musical festival held at SPFHS Varsity Field and all who attended were inspired by marching band performances by New Jersey area marching bands.
