Happiness Workshop

“Happy Brain Science for Everybody,” a fun and helpful workshop based on positive psychology and the science of happiness, is coming to the Watchung Library this month. Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Watchung Library, the workshop, to be held Thursday evening, June 29th, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Bicentennial Room of the Watchung Library, is offered free of charge.
Gross National Happiness USA President, and creator of the Happiness Paradigm, Ginny Sassaman says that every one of us can train our brains to be happier and, therefore, more creative, resilient, optimistic, compassionate, and better equipped for appreciating joy. Sassaman promises a treasure trove of tools and strategies proven to help us feel better and thrive as well as to equip us to be kinder and more effective in our families, communities, and the world at large.
It may be brain science, but in this interactive workshop, everyone can learn many different methods to increase their H.Q. (happiness quotient).
