College Women’s Club of Cranford Begins Its 85th Year

On Monday, October 9, 2017 the College Women’s Club of Cranford will hold the first meeting of the 2017-18 year. This meeting will mark the start of the College Club’s 85th year of providing scholarships to Cranford’s college bound students, both young men and young women.
The speaker for this meeting , Elisa Szczepankiewicz, M.Ac, L.Ac, P.T.O., is a Board Certified and licensed Acupuncturist in Cranford with an office at 19 Holly Street. Her topic is “Five Element Fun”. All of us have aspects of five elements, Earth, Metal, Water, Wood, and Fire. She will help us understand what element is most prominent in us and bring balance and harmony back in our lives. “The Five Elements” is the founding theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and each one of us is a unique blend of all these elements. Ms. Szczepankiewicz offers a balanced approach to wellness and healthcare.
The meeting will be held at the First Presbyterian Church located at 11 Springfield Avenue in Cranford. It will begin at 7 p.m. with refreshments followed by the guest speaker. The meeting is open to the public.
